9 districts of Transcarpathia already have their heads.

 The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed new heads of all but four districts of the westernmost region.

Istvan Petrushka was appointed the head of Beregovo district state administration, Anatoliy Synyshyn – the head of Uzhgorod district state administration, Vasyl Symochko – the head of Velyky Berezny district state administration, Mykhailo Rusanyuk – the head of Vynogradiv district state administration, Valentina Rohova – the head of Volovets district state administration, Victor Olefir – the head of Perechyn district state administration, Pavlo Basarab – the head of Rakhiv district state administration, Oleksandr Didovych – the head of Svalyava district state administration, Vasyl Demianchuk – the head of Tyachiv district state administration.

The relevant order was published on the official website of the President.

Some of these people have already headed district state administrations in Transcarpathia in different years.
