The initiatives of Uzhgorod military commissariat regarding mobilization of representatives of the regional and city authorities currently have had no success.
Employees of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and Uzhgorod city council, who have been served calls at their workplaces, have not reported to the military commissariat – the military commissar of Uzhgorod and Uzhgorod district informs.
According to Mykola Zhuravlev, back in late July, officers of Uzhgorod city military commissariat served 70 calls to officials of the Tarnscarpathian Regional State Administration. Those, who on that day were absent at the workplace, did not contact the military commissariat within seven days, as required by the Law of Ukraine.
In the commentary to the UNN, Uzhgorod military commissar M. Zhuravlev said that such cases among officials were not uncommon, because empoyees of Uzhgorod city council, who received calls, have not reacted to this fact too. Cases on these and other draft-dodgers will be forwarded to the City Prosecutor of Uzhgorod.
