The number of appeals to local authorities of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region for the past year totaled 768,500, including 661,800 – to Taxpayer service centers.
As of December 31, 2013, experts of the Ministry provided 133,000 administrative services, including 112,500 – at TSC’s.
The provision of high quality services to citizens and businesses, the introduction of new electronic services and improving service delivery is one of our priorities set out in the Strategic Development Plan of the Ministry of Income until 2018 – experts of the taxpayer service department of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region assure.
Remember that all Taxpayer service centers in Transcarpathian region are open daily until 18:00, and on Tuesday and Thursday visitors are accepted until 20:00.
