Uzhgorod communal realities: water instead of current (Photofacts)

The evidence of it was published on facebook by Uzhgorod resident Oleksander. He called the responsible services to deal with the problem. 

"This morning, I saw an amazing thing – on Ankudinov Street, near the 11th school, water coming out of a lamp post instead of electricity! I guess, today someone at the public utility will get some beating"- he writes sarcastically.
