“Pulse” Service – non-stop anti-corruption protection of Transcarpathians

Since the beginning of the year, the "Pulse" service has received appeals from 103 citizens and entities of Transcarpathian region. Most appeals concerned the activities of the customs office – 76 of the total. The rest – 27 – concerned the activities of the regional tax service.

The main issues were customs clearance, submission of reports and registration of invoices, corrupt practices and the work of fiscal authorities.  Each appeal received comprehensive and timely response, and applicants were personally notified of the measures taken to resolve the raised issues.

Recall that the project "Pulse" is an anti-corruption service, aimed at establishing feedback to taxpayers and to counteract the negative tendencies that hinder business development. The service can be used by taxpayers and business entities who have every reason to believe that the tax service or customs officials abuse their official position, deliberately create interference or possible acts of corruption on their part. If a customer of the tax service or the customs office suffers from poor service quality or improper treatment, the interactive service of the State Fiscal Service will sure come in handy.
