This time, Kyivska embankment or, to be exact, a lamp on it suffered from vandals.
Its dome is broken, but it still works. Some lights on this embankment just "refuse" to work hoping that the bulbs in them will be replaced, and there are those that shine only by "half". Perhaps because they work during the day?
