Transcarpathians were carrying illegal ammunition

At night, on the street in Irshava, officers of the Criminal Investigation detained a suspicious man, who was a 31-year-old unemployed resident of the village of Ardanovo in Irshava district. When the man was invited to draw up a report in the police station, they found in his jacket pocket a plastic bag with 52 rounds of 5.6 and 5.45 mm caliber. The investigation will establish where then man got that arsenal and why he was carrying it. The man himself says that he found those cartridges in the summer in the woods near his village and was keeping at home to sell them later.

In Uzhgorod, patrol officers at night were passing by an abandoned construction trailer where they noticed a suspicious man. It was a 46-year-old resident of Uzhgorod who voluntarily gave the policemen four 5,6 mm cartridges for a small caliber rifle. The investigation will establish where then man got them.
