Tomorrow at the executive committee they will divide the “Crown”. The purpose? .. (OPINION)

"Tomorrow at the meeting of the Executive Committee of Uzhgorod City Council they will consider the draft decision number 13 on the distribution and registration of title for the "Crown". 

This is probably one of the last decisions "required" for the "theft" of the unique architectural monument "Crown", namely, the "Crown" complex is proposed to be divided into 2 facilities: Teatralna sq. 5, 7 with an area of ​​2854.3 square meters, and Teatralna sq., 7a, with an area of 415 square meters." – Oleksandr Volosyansky, a former member of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council wrote in his facebook.
"All this is done in order to cover up the illegal fact that earlier in the announcement of the competition for the selection of evaluation activities subjects the area of the facility (the "Crown") was specified as 3882 square meters, and according to the conclusion on the cost of the valued property, made by the PE "Consulting firm "Kiprida", the building of the "Crown" has an area of ​​2854.3 square meters (the difference in area is ​​over 1000 square meters). 

Once it became known during the trial, the officials could not dare to a deliberate crime (to sell 3882 square meters instead of 2854 square meters according to estimates of the PE "Kiprida"), and now they have to sell only 2854 square meters of the complex (as indicated in the assessment), and the other 415 sq.m. or more they may then sell to the same winner of the tender ("Hotel Project Consulting Ltd" JSC). 
I believe that each member of the executive committee who will vote tomorrow for this draft decision, will consciously become a complicit in the "theft" of this historical and architectural gem – the "Crown"." – Volosyansky sums up.
