A terrible accident on the highway Kyiv-Chop: two people died, four people suffered injuries

October 13th, about 17 o’clock, on the 723rd km of the highway "Kyiv-Chop", a 34-year-old driver of the car "VAZ-20104" while overtaking a car "Citroen Jumpy" collided with this car, then drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a "Renault Kangoo", which was moving in the opposite direction. As a result of the collision, the Renault slid into a ditch.

As a result of the accident, two passengers of the VAZ born in 1972 and 1946 died at the scene. The driver and another two passengers of this car were injured and taken to hospital. A passenger of the Renault also suffered injuries.

Investigation is underway – the Traffic Police Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region reported.
