In Vynogradiv they build kindergartens and repaire schools with the help of Czechs

On Tuesday, the Regional Council working group established by the initiative of the Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha visited Vynogradiv district to inspect the progress of joint projects implementation and the construction of kindergartens in the district. 

First of all, representatives of the working group visited the Vynogradiv school number 8.  It is the largest and, according to teachers, the best school in the town and the district.  1,037 children attend the school.    This year, by the initiative of the chairman of the regional council, the school was included in the list of joint projects implemented together with Czech partners from the Vysocina region. This year, the "Viza" Foundation allocated 150,000 UAH for replacement of windows in the school, at the last session of the regional council, they also allocated 100,000 UAH from the regional budget.

   

Another educational project, which is being implemented in Vynogradiv district together with Czech partners, is the construction of a kindergarten in Velyka Kopanya.    The village head Vasyl Pylyp says that they started to build the kindergarten back in 1992.    Last year, the facade of the kindergarten was completed. The total cost of the works is more than 4 million hryvnias. Last year, the "Viza" Foundation allocated 295,000 UAH, almost 500,000 UAH was allocated from the regional budget, 150,000 UAH came from the village budget. This year, the "Viza" allocates 350,000 UAH for the kindergarten, with 150,000 UAH – from the village budget, and 80,000 UAH – from the regional budget.  

Representatives of the working group also visited the village of Veryatsya where the construction of a kindergarten is being completed. At the expense of the village budget, they have built a three-storey building. Currently, some children attend the kindergarten in Korolevo, and for children of the age of five, there is a preparatory group in the village school. Petro Starosta, the head of Veryatsya village, says that last year, the community appealed to the chairman of the regional council asking to help. Half a million hryvnias were allocated from the regional budget. This year – 340,000.
