In Transcarpathia, 2282 payment transactions registers report over the Internet

This is more than 42% of all cash registers that operate in the region. The most active in introduction of new cash registers in their activity are entities of Vynogradiv district, where almost 80% of payment transaction registers have been personalized. Slightly less in Rakhiv – 65% and Beregovo districts – 52.5% of the total number of cash register.

According to the Law of Ukraine dd. June 21, 2013 № 357-VII, penalties for failure to report electronically shall become effective on January 1, 2014. "However, this does not rule out the fact of violation of the law. From January 1, 2013, all those, who currently use cash registers and do not report electronically, have been in breach of current legislation, although the responsibility for it will be introduced only on the beginning of the next year" – the Deputy Head of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region Vitaly Krychko says.

Entities operating in Transcarpathian region which have not upgraded their cash registers or have not purchased modern ones with built-in modems can do it now, because there is already sufficient amount of new cash registers.
