The Transcarpathian Regional Administration summarized the certification of civil servants in 2013. By his order, the Governor recognized a number of officials as suitable for occupied posts of civil servants. One of them is Mykhailo Misyuk, the director of the Regional State Archives of Transcarpathian region. Recall that on February 22, the police detained the director of the Transcarpathian Regional State Archives on the suspicion of bribery. As reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region, the official had demanded and received 1000 euros in his office. In return for this money, he promised to issue a person an archival certificate of confirmation of her family relation to a resident of the village of Mali Heyevtsi (Uzhgorod district).
The Governor’s relative, the head of Uzhgorod District State Administration Victor Ledida has also been certified. Moreover, the RSA Certification Board decided that Ledida should "take an internship on a higher position."
As our publication previously reported, for eleven months of the year, the budget of Uzhgorod district has been fulfilled only by 93%, the worst in the district since 2001. Budget revenues from the industrial district of the region fell short of over four million hryvnias.
