"Give a child a toy": the party is over, the campaign continues (PHOTOS)

Today in Uzhgorod, there was a children's party. The organizers of the campaign "Give a child a toy!", in the building of the house of culture, summed up the first stage.

The invited families received a real surprise. First, the kids were entertained by actors of the studio "Turn on the light", then students of Uzhgorod College of Culture and Arts showed their program, Julianna Voloshin pleased children with her singing. And of course, there was St. Nicholas who gave gifts to each family.

The organizer of the charity event Petro Renzhyn says, "The children's party was a success! We did not even expect such activity. Both individual residents, and families and work teams - all participated in the collection of toys and things. Special thanks to the Regional Music and Drama Theater and the cafe "Renaissance." We hope that the second part of the campaign will take place on the same level!".

The organizers plan to continue collecting things and toys and donate them to families with many children and families who need it most, after the New Year. The address of the collection point: Rakoczy st., 2, the city office of the Red Cross of Ukraine (under the arch - to the left). Within the project, they collect toys and children's clothes and any things of common use in good condition that may be useful for families - the organizers informed.
