Between January and July, the Certification Authority in the region has issued 8,784 digital signatures. Last year, for the same period, almost 500 Transcarpathian taxpayers applied for free electronic keys. Among them, there were legal persons, individual entrepreneurs and citizens. However, according to the statistics of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathia, the most active users of this service are individuals. For seven months of this year, 7033 taxpayers in this category have received digital signatures, and legal entities have received 1751 keys.
According to experts of the Ministry, the increased demand for public services in the field of electronic document management is facilitated by the extensive infrastructure of the service and the fact that all services are provided free of charge.
