Recently, representatives of local government of remote mountain settlements of Tyachiv district, including Ust-Chorna, Ruska Mokra, Topchyno, Ternovo, Kolodne, Velyka Uholka, appealed to people’s deputy of Ukraine Vasyl Petyovka with the request to provide Internet access at local councils. Because now, at the time of rapid development of information technology, the Internet for them is means of effective communication with colleagues, access to the legal framework, the ability to put information about the place at travel sites and more. But it is difficult to connect to the global information network in remote locations, first, due to technical aspects, and secondly, it requires considerable funds. And financial recources of local government are extremely limited.
So Vasyl Petyovka responded to the appeal, and with his assistance, the heads of mountain villages received packages to connect to wireless Internet. Also he paid the cost of these services to the year end.
