During the season of watermelons and melons violation of sanitary laws were recorded in 5 cases in which the administrative sanctions were applied, such as fines, orders to remove the melon production from the sale.

Exceeding of the maximum allowable level of nitrate in melon production was determined in one sample, representing 0.3% of the total measurements.
