Yesterday Uzhgorod law enforcement officers received the deputy appeal from the deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Pashynsky concerning violations of the election law of Ukraine by the mayor of Uzhgorod Victor Pogorelov.
According to the deputy, Pogorelov instructed to gather the teachers of all schools on August 21 at the cinema "Domion" to meet with the candidate for people’s deputy, Party of Regions member Anatoliy Kinakh. Thus, contrary to the law "On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine", he used the administrative resources for campaigning.
