Uzhgorod residents have been asked to fly state flags at half-mast

Uzhgorod city government appealed to businesses, organizations and residents of the city.

On the occasion of theRemembrance Day for the victims of famine-genocides the City Council urged on November 24, 2012 to fly state flags at half-mast.
