The officials of the State Service of Fighting the Economic Crimes in Transcarpathia exposed the official who demanded and received the bribe of 12 thousand hryvnia from the businessman for his assistance in providing the permission for the realization of goods of animal origin.
The prosecution bodies instituted the criminal case on the elements of crime prescribed by the chapter 3, p.368 (bribery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, – reports the press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
