Today, at Uzhgorod city council, they continued to discuss where and what kind of sports, children’s and multipurpose playgrounds will be equipped in the city. Recall that this a part of the implementation of the recently adopted Programme for the construction of children’s and sports playgrounds in the city of Uzhgorod in 2017-2021.
94 playgrounds have already been certified, 44 have been put on the books, another 50 will be put at the next meeting of the executive committee of the City Council.
Individual modules for children’s entertainment, as well as for sports, swings, which are produced by Uzhgorod plant "Turbogaz", were presented by the director of the company Mykhailo Kachur and his deputy for commercial affairs Irina Kirpa.
Recall that the working group on the playgrounds is chaired by the Deputy Mayor of Uzhgorod Oleksandr Bilak, and composed of deputies of Uzhgorod City Council, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports, Family and Youth, Capital Construction, Department of Municipal Economy, other departments and divisions.
This year, they preliminarily approved the construction of multipurpose playgrounds at the following locations:
– Rudansky street ("Shakhta" neighborhood)
– Lysenko street (Horyany)
– Park behind the building of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration
– Dobrolyubov street, 4-6
– Gen. Svoboda street, 5
– Lehotsky street, 64
– 8 Bereznya street, 17-19
– Kapushanska street, 151-155
They also discussed the procedure for implemention of the projects on playgrounds that won in the Public Budget program, – the Press service of Uzhgorod city council informs
