At today’s press conference in Uzhgorod given by the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal and MP Valeriy Patskan, the latter said that the head of the region would likely be in the lists of candidates for the Regional Council from the presidential political force.
The politicians were talking about the local elections. However, they failed to answer why the official and the lawmaker came at the press conference together and whether it can be regarded as administrative influence.
They also told that the future Regional Council would consist of 64 deputies, and that they were ready to cooperate with "all democratic forces" at the same time, however, specifying those they would cooperate with and those they would not.
However, Moskal himslef did not give clear answer about his participation in the elections.
