The accident happened yesterday in Vynogradiv district, in the village of Vylok. The driver of a truck "Volvo" hit a cyclist and fled from the accident scene.
The man with head and shoulder injuries was delivered to Vynogradiv District Hospital. Law enforcement officers managed to detain the violator of traffic rules.
