On January 15, at 13:55, the Rescue Service "101" was reported about a fire in a car VAZ-2107 in the city of Vynogradiv on Kvitkova street. The vehicle began to burn, when the 41-year-old driver left his yard. At first, the man tried to extinguish the fire on his own, but the fire extinguisher did not work.
A crew of the 6th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the city of Vynogradiv consisting of eight personnel members and two vehicles were sent to eliminate the fire.
Given the fact that a car burns down within minutes, firefighters had to act very quickly. At 14:02, firefighters contained the fire, and 10 minutes later the fire was completely extinguished. The fire had destroyed and damaged the interior and engine compartment of the vehicle, and documents that were there. Probable cause of the fire is a short circuit in the wiring.
