In Uzhgorod, city officials are looking for the owner of a… barrier

Owner of the arbitrarily installed barrier, please come to the municipal police – such message is posted on the official site of the City Hall.

It informs, "We ask you to come to the municipal police and law enforcement department of Uzhgorod City Council (room 111) by 07.04.14 with the approval documents for installation of the above object. 
If owners do not show up by the deadline or if they do not present permits, the executive committee of the City Council will initiate a draft decision on the dismantling of the barrier".

It refers to the barrier installed at the corner of the house number 82 "A" at the intersection of Peremoha Street and Zvyazkivtsi Lane.
