Three apartments for orphans in Uzhgorod will be purchased in accordance with the decision adopted today at an extraordinary meeting of the city council executive committee.
The decision provides for the conclusion of purchase contracts, the payments will be made at the expense of the money received from the state budget and co-financing from the local budget. All apartments are located in a house on Yenkivska street.
According to the decision, there will be provisions in the contracts forbidding to sell the apartments for 10 years.
Such purchases are provided for by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, proposals for the sale of apartments that meet the specified requirements, the Uzhgorod City Council has been receiving since May 2018.
