The incident happened yesterday, December 26 at about 10 pm. 
The video was sent to Pershij.com.ua by readers.
According to the reader, the brawl happened in the Rosvyhovo neighborhood, in the Veronia café.
A group of young men came into the cafe and started beating the people in the room. The men were beating their opponents with batons.
Most likely, it was some kind of conflict.
