Modern sport mini-field with artificial turf has been arranged in the courtyard of a local secondary school № 2. 370 children, who study here, have not had their own playground until now – they had to train at the local stadium:
– Children have been waiting for the sports field! You know that under the rules the regional budget funds only half of the cost – the rest of the expenses shall be born by the local community. While city officials and patrons helped with money, our team gladly did the cleaning work. High school students volunteered to help because they knew that this field is for them – the director of Chop school number 2 Vasyl Maha said.
And local young footbal players have already tried the new field:
– Very good and excellent turf, it is not slippery, and a fall does not hurt – a third-grader Yuriy shared his impressions of the game.
