FC "Goverla" sent an official request to the management of the FFU and the football community regarding the possible expulsion of the club from the Premier League.
"Yesterday, 14.07.2015, the national football media spread the information on the possible expulsion of the FC "Goverla" from the championship of Ukraine in the 2015/2016 season.
In view of this information and to eliminate speculations, the FC Goverla considers it necessary to inform the football community on the following:
Currently, "Goverla" has fulfilled all financial obligations to the FFU, which are necessary for admission of the football club to participation in the championship of Ukraine in the 2015/2016 season.
The club and the FFU also signed the Memorandum, under which the FC obliged to fulfill the financial obligations to the players, coaches and other staff of the football club by 31.12.2015 inclusive. The signing of this Memorandum was one of the conditions for the admission of football clubs, which also have significant financial debts to players, coaches and other staff, and issuance of certificates for participation in the championship of Ukraine in the 2015/2016 season. It should be noted that the debts of other clubs significantly exceed the financial obligations of the FC "Govrela", however the issue of possible exclusion of the from the championship of Ukraine has not been raised."
