COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of July 12 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

During the past day, July 11, 403 people sought emergency medical care, 49 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 32 were suspected of having COVID-19.

594 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

67 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 11 of them are medical workers, 3 are children.

For the past 24hrs, one death among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been reported. 

1258 patients have recovered.  

Overall, as of 9:00 am on July 12, 2020, 3909 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 550 are health care workers and 211 are children.

31837 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out.

Transcarpathian Regional Center of Public Health

As of the morning of July 12, 664 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

2 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

352 people have recovered  

13 persons have died.
  
13 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 286 are on outpatient treatment.

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have collected 16 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction test.
