The traditional open city mini-football tournament has started in Vynogradiv. Its founder is the honorary citizen of the city Herman Rosenthal. In August, he turns 85, but the football philanthropist is still actively involved in social and sporting life of the city and personally presents prize money to the winners of the annual tournament.
16 teams take part in the open city tournament. Due to the increased number of applications for this year’s tournament, the organizers have introduced innovations: the first round of the Cup games took place in two venues – the sportsground with artificial turf in the school №8 and in the village of Korolevo.
