In Vynogradiv, during the arrest, a drunk 19-year-old offender attacked an operative of the Criminal Investigation with a metal file. The attacker was detained.
Yesterday, around half past one in the morning, the police received a report from a resident of the city of Vynogradiv. The applicant said that he had been attacked by six unidentified men, who took his motorcycle and were demanding ransom.
As the police found out, the 24-year-old resident of the city of Vynogradiv at night was riding home on a unregistered moped "Yamaha". On his way, the driver ran into a group of drunken guys walking down the street. The moped grazed one of them. They decided to "deal" with the driver: beat him and took the moped. They said that they would give it back, if he pays the ransom…
Law enforcement officers started investigating the case. The stolen scooter was found in the yard of one of the guys from this group. But another young man – the one, who got injured by a motorcyclist, got into a new trouble.When policemen came to him, he grabbed a metal file and attacked an investigator of the CID.
A 29-year-old police captain suffered slaughter wounds of forehead and shoulder and asked for medical aid at the hospital. And the perpetrator faces criminal responsibility for attacking the police officer.
The circumstances of the night incident in Vynogradiv are being ascertained by investigators.
