According to the correspondent of the Zaholovok.com.ua, an unknown man and policemen were standing at the door and only journalists were let in the hall.
Activists, like the last time, were let only to the balcony.
Later the guards changed their minds and began to let everyone in. They refused to explain the reasons for such temporary access policy.
Currently, Uzhgorod city council session has started. 37 deputies are registered.
