Members of the Uzhgorod Land Commission were asked to go

This Friday, April 11, Uzhgorod deputies plan to completely change the membership of the Land Commission.

This commission is considered "profitable" because it decides who and under what conditions receives plots of land.

According to the draft decision, the following persons are excluded from the standing commission on management of the city land resources:

Oleksandr Doktor (the current chairman of the commission);

Oleksandr Kovach (former deputy of Victor Pogorelov under the quota of Party of Regions);

Mykhailo Dancha (was elected to the city council as a member of the Youth Party, then became a member of the Party of Regions faction, he is known as the owner of the deli "Yuvileiny" on Svoboda Avenue);

Taras Rumyantsev (was elected to the city council as a member of "Batkivshchyna", though later became a defector to the Party of Regions, he is associated with several land scandals, for example – the construction of a building next to the "Automobilist" stadium);

Maria Zilhalova (she was suspected of taking bribes for land allocation);

Olga Travina (the head of a department of the City Council);

Hrygoriy Shevchuk.

These deputies must decide which committees they will work on.

And, according to the draft decision, they are to be replaced with:

Kruchanytsya Vasyl – Chairman of the Commission,

Bahanych Andriy – Deputy Chairman of the Commission,

Homonay Vasyl – Secretary of the Commission,

Bed Yulianna,

Kindrat Oleksiy,

Travnytsky Serhiy,

Kolody Ivan.

Deputy Ivan Voloshin should also become a member of the Land Commission

In addition, as uzhgorod.in previously reported, deputies are to appoint a new and dismiss two old deputy mayors.
