This picture can now be seen on one of the main streets of Uzhgorod. At night, on Voloshin street, you risk to stumble, and at daytime – to be upset about the view.
Someone seems to have forgotten to cover the drain system. Hopefully, the defect, that appeared on the main street, will be eliminated today.
