A "ZIL" truck was provided for the needs of Transcarpathian troops
Today the whole country is united in the common effort to help the army. Transcarpathia is no exception. On the territory of our region, volunteers are actively working to help protect the country from aggressors.
On August 13, on the territory of the military unit A 1556, a truck was solemnly handed over for the needs of the soldiers of the 128th mountain infantry brigade.
Completely renovated, painted, filled with fuel and decorated with a yellow-blue flag "ZIL" was presented by the head of Polyana village council in Slalyava district Ivan Drohobetsky and a resident of the village of Polyana, a member of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches, senior bishop of the Union of Free Churches of Christians of Evangelical Faith of Ukraine Vasyl Raichynets.
"Today, soldiers of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade are in dire need of freight transport, we recently informed the society about this through the media and we already can see results. People unite and try to help with what they can. Today we once again saw that our countrymen show unprecedented generosity, the spirit of patriotism and unity" – the military commissar of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat Colonel Ivan Vasyltsyun said.
The command of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat thanks countrymen for charitable aid for the soldiers, their support and active citizenship.
