November 14, 2012, after the parliamentary election in Ukraine, at the Hungarian Institute of International Relations in Budapest there was an international conference, devoted to the relations between Ukraine and the EU. Also they discussed Ukraine’s efforts for Western integration, their possible prospects.
In addition to the Hungarian Institute of International Relations, the conference was co-organized by the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Uzhgorod, Manfred Wörner Fundation for Security in Democratic Societies and CEUENS (Center for EU Enlargement Studies).
The Hungarian Institute of International Relations and the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Uzhgorod published a joint scientific publication based on the materials of the conference.
Tomorrow, March 6, at the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhgorod (Pravoslavna embankment, 12) at 10.30 there will be the presentation of this scientific publication.
The event will be attended by the authors of the publication, scientific researchers, academics engaged in international affairs, and representatives of the Transcarpathian region government.
