Today it became known where the best teacher of Transcarpathia works

On Tuesday, March 26, there was a debriefing of the second stage of the regional round of the First All-Ukrainian contest "Teacher of the Year 2013".

In the first stage of the competition, 17 educators of the region took part. Contestants presented their own teaching experience, creative achievements, photographs and publications. Materials were judged by the competent jury composed of professors and scientists of Transcarpathian universities. Following this stage, 5 winners were determined. They took part in the second stage, which took place on 25 and 26 of March. To determine the best, the participants of the competition wrote test papers, conducted master classes and open classes in pre-schools.

And today, right after the last competitive challenges, there was the ceremony, during which the chairman of the jury Hanna Sopkova named the winner. It was a teacher of the kindergarten № 40 in Uzhgorod Alla Petriv.

The head of the regional administration Oleksandr Ledyda awarded the winner with a prize and a diploma. Runners-up also received cash prizes and diplomas of the regional administration.
