The Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod Victor Shchadey signed an order declaring the day of mourning today in Uzhgorod.
"All Uzhgorod residents, who want to pay tribute to our countrymen, come to the Cathedral on Voloshin Street – to the left of the Cathedral in the courtyard near the statue of Our Lady, Uzhgorod residents will light candles in memory of the heroes…" – he wrote.
Also, today in Uzhgorod, residents will pray for 4 Transcarpathian soldiers who died fighting terrorists in the East.
The organizers say: "Come with candles and flowers at 21.00 to Narodna Square… Let us pray for their peaceful rest…
