The “Yo-ma-yo” burned to the ground (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

As we reported, at night, in the Bozdosh park, a restaurant with an original name "Yo-ma-yo" (now – "Alaverdi") caught fire.

According to the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, "August 27, at 00:07, the rescue service of Transcarpathian region received a call about the fire at the restaurant "Alaverdi", located on Slovyanska embankment in the regional center.

On arrival of fire-rescue units to the scene, fire had already covered the roof. The fire spread quickly because the building was constructed of wood.

Fire was localized at 01:50, and completely extinquished 03:00. Nobody was injured or killed. 

In addition, rescue workers prevented the explosion of gas cylinders used in this facility for cooking food.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by police officers. The final losses are being established," – the statement says.
