The National Bank was allowed to carry out construction in Uzhhorod. But not on Narodna square

Today, March 29, deputies of Uzhgorod City Council agreed on the land for the construction of the National Bank of Ukraine office. 
The National Bank wanted to build a new administrative building on one of the central squares of Uzhgorod – Narodna square, next to the building of the regional administration and the regional council. However, the deputies decided that the office would be built at the intersection of Mytna and I. Franko streets, near the "Avangard" stadium. 
The National Bank has to give 2 million hryvnias for the development of the city. The deputy Sokhanych noted that the amount should be at least 8 million. However, his colleagues ignored him.
