The Ministry of Emergencies are concerned about Transcarpathian rivers

Ukrainian Center for Hydrometeorology once again warns of rise of water level in the basins of Transcarpathian rivers.

As the "24" channel was informed by the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine, on March 9-10, the water level in the rivers of Transcarpathia will continue to rise by 0.3 – 0.8 m, in the lower reaches of the Borzhava and the Latorytsia – by 0.8 – 1.3 m with the initial release of water on the floodplain, on the Tisa (between Velyky Bychkiv and Khust) – by 1.5-2 m with the initial release of water on the floodplain, on the Tisa (near Vylok) – 3-3.5 m above current levels.

In addition, on March 10-12, on the rivers of the Sian and the Western Bug basins, water levels are expected to rise 0.1 – 0.5 m above current levels, sometimes with release of water on the floodplain.
