The extraordinary session of Uzhgorod City Council has just begun. Despite the fact that in the yesterday’s mayor’s order on its convocation there were 6 issues for consideration, the deputies will consider as many as 20 draft decisions. 

The last item, as uzhgorod.in wrote, is the issue on the appointment of the Deputy Mayor. The candidate for this position is Petro Kharevych, a former head of "AgroMix." They will also set his salary which, by the way, includes 100% bonus and other allowances – such as for rank and seniority.

Also, the deputies will consider the draft decision "On changes to the Program of economic and social development of the city for 2013" and "On amendments to the city budget for 2013." The second item on the agenda, which obviously will be considered the first, is the "Program of financial support of Uzhgorod utilities for 2013-2015."

Since the session is extraordinary, first, it is held in the format of the joint meeting of the parliamentary commission, considering all draft decisions. In particular, the debate on the program of utilities support continues. Deputies suggest to postpone it for finalization. And question whether it is worth to allocate 300,000 UAH to "AgroMix." The mayor said that this is a debt that must be returned.

Most of the questions are about changes to the program of improvement. Thus, it provides for reduction of funds for streets repair. Deputies disagree.

Also, since the issue of designing and construction of the kidergarten in Bozdosh is suspended for legal reasons, the mayor suggested a new idea. He proposes to allocate funds for insulation and furnishing of the incubator on 8 Bereznya street, so that to open there a kindergarten for about two hundred seats in September.
