Revenues to the state budget of Ukraine have increased by 15 billion hryvnia

In January-May of 2014, the general and special funds of the state budget received 150.5 billion hryvnia, which is 15.1 billion hryvnia more than that in the same period last year.

This is stated in the report of the State Treasury – the Ekonomichna Pravda reported.

According to the data, in January-May 2014, the general fund of the budget received 131.8 billion hryvnia (99.8% of the amount planned for this period), which 13.9 billion hryvnia, or 11.8% more than that in January-May 2013.

The special fund of the budget during the reporting period received 18.6 billion hryvnia, which is 1.2 billion, or 7% more than the last year’s figure.

"In January-May 2014, 18 billion UAH of VAT was recovered," – the statement says.

Recall, as previously reported, the Ministry of Income in May of this year returned businesses 4.9 billion UAH of VAT.
