Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court granted the petition of Khust interdistrict prosecutor and canceled the illegal decision of Iza village council, whereby the position of a keeper of the kindergarten in the village of Iza was cut down, thus restoring the man’s right to labour.
Officials of the village council, contrary to current legislation, and despite the fact that the premises of the PEI was under reconstruction, and the position of a keeper was needed, decided to cut it down.
Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office made a submission to Iza village council to cancel the said decision of the session, and having received a refusal to fulfill it, appealed to court with the appropriate claim.
Thus, thanks to the measures taken, they ensured the guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine protection against unlawful dismissal and restored the citizen’s right to labour.
