Police clarify: has Topchino resident burned alive in his car or he was dead at the moment of outbreak

Shocking information was distributed today through the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Transcarpathian region official site.

The morning of March 25, Tyachiv district police received an application from a resident of Topchino village in Tyachiv district. The woman said that when she had went out about six o’clock in the morning on the street, she found a car with a man burning near her house.

The investigative team wwent to the scene immediately. As it turned out, car "Dave Lanos" was burning and the charred corpse of its owner, 28-year resident of the village Topchino, was found at the driver’s seat.

Reasons of car ignition is being investigated and criminal proceedings have been started upon this fact.
