Pogorelov invited city residents and tourists in the City Council restrooms. And recommends bars and cafes to do the same

We recently reported that in Uzhgorod there is a lack of public restrooms. Now in the regional center there are only two toilets instead of the required eighty.And yesterday, on the site of the Uzhgorod City Council they published a notice that all the toilets of the city council as well as municipal enterprises and organizations should be available for Uzhgorod residents and guests.

"In view of the development of the tourism industry, in order to create conditions for visitors, guests and residents of the city, ensure the compliance with sanitary, sanitary-epidemiological rules and regulations, according to the decision of the executive committee, all residents and guests of Uzhgorod shall be allowed to freely use restrooms in the city hall, municipal enterprises and organizations at no cost.

Also, managers of catering facilities of different kinds of ownership are recommended to make the restrooms available for a fee or free of charge in accordance with the requirements established by the owner of the facility" – quote from the notice.
