A few weeks ago first mushrooms appeared. However, today’s at the "green" market in Uzhgorod there were not many mushroom sellers as well as buyers. Prices are negotiable. For red boletus they ask 25-30 UAH, for russule – 15 UAH, and for boletus (found only in one place) as much as 60 UAH per kg. That’s the whole range.
The sellers say that they collect mushroom delicacies in the woods near Uzhgorod and in the district. They say that there is now less of them than it was two or three weeks ago, because of the lack of sunshine. At the same time, they share cooking recipes. A woman says that they do not boil them. Although the SES warned: all the mushrooms must be boiled at least for a few minutes for your own good.
