Lunchenko established the evacuation commission

The head of the RSA, deputy Valeriy Lunchenko, by his order, established the Evacuation Commission in Transcarpathia. The First Deputy Governor Andriy Serbaylo was appointed as the head of the commission. The structure of the Commission will include groups for evacuation accounting and information, communication and notification, transportation, public order and traffic safety, medical care, organization of the accommodation of population in a safe location and logistics.

By June 23, the commission is instructed, on the basis of prediction of possible emergencies, to determine danger zones that can appear in the city or district as a result of man-made emergencies and natural disasters (zones of potentially catastrophic flooding, chemical contamination). Also, the commission shall make calculations regarding the accommodation of evacuees taking into account capacities of habitable public buildings of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of ownership, which are heated in winter (hotels, resorts, cultural centers, schools, etc.).

The Commission shall ensure updating of structure and documentation of evacuation facilities (evacuation assembly points, intermediate evacuation points, evacuation reception centers) that are deployed in the event of a threat or occurrence of disasters, and infrom their addresses to relevant entities and the public.
