Ledyda: tomorrow the deputies, who were announced the winners on Monday after the election, will take the oath

"As for Mukachevo elections, tomorrow there will be the session of the regional council, and you’ll see that tomorrow the deputies, whose names were known as winners on Monday after election day, will take the oath" – the Governor of the Transcarpathia Oleksandr Ledyda said today at the press conference.

"No one was removed from the election race, and I said: as long as I work in Transcarpathia, there will be no decisions to prevent anyone, or to dismiss in court.

There was no ban on rallies either, I contacted the mayor of Uzhgorod and he said that there were no bans, no court rulings banning opposition rallies; it was just a PR technology of the opposition which could not gather enough people, so they acted that way" – Ledyda said.
