On Kapushanska street, a reporter of Uzhgorod.in regularly (about once a week) notices a not too pleasant picture. Opposite the Transcarpathian Regional Clinical Hospital and not far from it, someone leaves heaps of garbage.
Probably, the pests do not realize that alcoholic and soft drink bottles, candy wrappers, leftovers and various small daily garbage packed in big bags, and then torn by stray dogs does not decorate the street at all. Quite the contrary: such actions show people that the regional center of Transcarpathia does not want to be in Europe.
Maybe it’s time for some people to throw garbage not on roads and sidewalks, and not in manholes and sewage, but into trash bins? Do not forget that you should start with yourself.
